Who We Are

Myriam Callegarin, PCC

Founder of the LAJ Academy | Global Executive Coach

Myriam has over 30 years of experience in the multinational corporate world, equipping her with a deep understanding of the complex challenges leaders and organizations face in today’s fast-paced environment. She has a pragmatic, systemic approach, believing that to thrive and achieve sustainable success, companies must evolve their leadership capabilities and unlock the hidden potential of their people.

To drive this transformation, Myriam developed the CAR Method and the Leadership Activation Journey (LAJ). These frameworks empower leaders to enhance their agility, strategic vision, and ability to inspire others across various hierarchies, functions, and cultures.

As an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified Executive Coach with expertise in Sales, Business, and Leadership Development, Myriam brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice. She spent 11 years at Mercedes-Benz, specializing in International Sales and E-Business Development across Germany, Singapore, and South Korea. In 2001, she founded her consultancy specializing in International Business Development, particularly Market Entry and M&A. Transitioning to coaching and intercultural training in 2008, Myriam has since dedicated her expertise to C-level executives, Senior Managers, and High Potentials in multinational organizations worldwide. She is fluent in English, German, and Italian.

Michela Serramoglia

Master LAJ Coach | Leadership & Team Coach

Michela has been with the LAJ Academy (formerly known as LAJ Global) since 2019 and fully embraces the LAJ philosophy. After becoming certified as an LAJ Coach, she began working alongside Myriam Callegarin, firmly believing that to truly influence others, one must first lead oneself. Michela views the LAJ approach as a powerful framework that helps managers evolve into conscious leaders, effectively navigate constant change, and energize their organizations.

With over 20 years of international business and management experience, Michela holds a degree in Computer Science, focusing on Biophysics and Robotics. She is also an Inner Game Coach trained by Tim Gallwey and a Facilitator of Quantum System Dynamics Leadership, having studied under Danah Zohar at Oxford, UK. Additionally, Michela is a Founding Partner at Aware2Be Coaching, specializing in medical coaching projects.

Her diverse portfolio includes references from organizations such as Coca-Cola HBC, L’Oréal Italy, Decade Coaching School, IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, and Ospedale Policlinico di Milano.

Michela is fluent in English, Italian, and Portuguese.

Marina Ibrahim

Certified LAJ Coach | Cultural Agility Coach

Marina is an award-winning bilingual (German-English) Cultural Agility, Inclusive Mindset & Global Diversity Coach & Trainer based in the UK and joined LAJ Global in 2021. She believes that companies must develop their leadership capabilities and activate people’s hidden potential to thrive and build long-term success. With a German-Egyptian background, Marina has 25 years of experience in marketing, communication, cross-cultural training and coaching in both corporate and SME environments, having worked with and supported professionals, leaders, and teams of multinational organisations. Her references include Bentley, BP, BMW, DEA, Caterpillar, EMI Music, Kellogg’s, Nike, and PepsiCo.

Marina also shares her knowledge and experience in the Creative Media, Media Publishing, Business Start-up, Automotive, Manufacturing and Marketing as Course Director at the Chartered Institute of Marketing and visiting lecturer at international business schools. Marina is a Professional Speaker, Everything DiSC Trainer, Global DISC & GROWTH 2.0 Coach & Trainer, an ICF accredited Performance Coach, NLP Practitioner, Agile Professional, Systemic Coach & Constellations Practitioner. She speaks German and English.
